Within easy walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge, Dumbo, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and Brooklyn Promenade, almost every train is a 10-minute walk (A, B, C, F, Q and R) or a 12-minute walk away (2, 3, 4 and 5); it's only 2 stops to Manhattan, or 30 minutes to midtown. Citibike is just around the corner.

Our quaint old building is an interesting antique nestled among the high-rises of downtown Brooklyn. You can have your breakfast in the sunny kitchen watching the birds in the garden.

You can walk down to the river at Brooklyn Bridge Park for the most gorgeous views of the sunset. Stop at the Brooklyn Flea market on your way. Take a ferry at Fulton Ferry. Or walk the other direction for the Barclay Center and Brooklyn Academy of Music.

Hi, I'm Susan, a dancer/choreographer and neuromuscular trainer. I own and live in this space, so I can show it via video or in person. During the tenancy, I'll be down South with family, but available by text if you need me. My friend and upstairs neighbor will be in charge onsite. Only 3 people live in this 3-family building. The neighbors on this little street are lovely.
