Here is a comfortable 1-bedroom apartment with good vibes and a lovely outdoor space. It’s on the ground floor of a townhouse, with good transportation (A train express stop at Utica is a 7 minute walk – also many buses). Inside is a great living/dining space with sectional sofa, reading chair, dining table and mounted TV, and down the hall a quiet, peaceful bedroom with a cushy bed. The back yard is a special gem by Brooklyn standards featuring an Elm tree, Weber gas grill, fire pit, and pergola. We are a quiet family who lives in the top apartment, and you will occasionally see us in the back yard with our lovely dog Oscar. The garden unit has a completely private entrance with coded lock, mailbox and gate. It’s a great apartment with nice vibes – we love our house and have put a lot of love into it.

We are a small family of two dads, a beautiful young daughter and a dog. We are writers who have lived in Brooklyn for more than 20 years and have a rich community of friends and neighbors.

We live in the apartment upstairs so we are available for anything that comes up. That said, we also value our privacy and respect yours -- so we can interact as much as feels right.
