I have lived in the house since 2018 and am spending more time in the city. I am open to weekly or monthly rentals going forward. The house has a well reviewed vacation rental history but would like to find longer term tenants who love the property as much as I have.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and is located on 22 quiet acres, abutting 100's more of undeveloped land. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about the property.

Weekly rentals at 2500/week and monthly at 4500/month, valid through May. I will pay all utilities, lawn care, plowing etc. The house is furnished fully furnished and very well equipped for having up to 8-people comfortably accommodated. Happy to consider offers for longer term rentals.

Pets on a case by case basis. Cleaning is a 250 fee per week, we can discuss monthly cleaning services.
