The house features a spacious open-plan living room with a stone fireplace. There's a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and ample walk-in closet space. The second bedroom is set up as a work space, with glass doors leading to the garden.

There is a separate ADU-style building functioning as an office space with a couch, mini fridge, and microwave plus a full bathroom.

The place is perfect for a single or couple looking for a quiet spot in the heart of Topanga.
