Located in a beautiful, historic family home on a tree-lined street, the room is on 2nd floor of 2-story house in a historic landmarked district, at the front of the house. Bed is single, w/ bamboo, hypo-allergenic pad. Vintage small table + bench + an Elvarli open closet w/ 2 drawers & shelves.

Shared bathroom, kept very clean.

The rest of the house is also available for guests to stretch out in! Culture of house is low-key and responsible.

Note that house includes a well-loved, friendly cat!

We are a family of one mom and one college-grad daughter + one cat. For work, I handle communications at a photography museum. This is our 15th year in the house and in this beautiful neighborhood; we love it! I will be showing the apartment myself.
