I’m subletting my serene, sun-filled studio featuring high ceilings, tall windows, a separate kitchen area, and a cozy sleeping alcove. The apartment is a corner unit located at the very end of the hallway, offering extra privacy and quiet.

The building is full-service with a doorman, in-building laundry, courtyard, rooftop, gym, resident lounge, and business center.

You’ll have ample storage, including access to two dressers (multiple drawers each), an external clothing rack, and bathroom shelving and cabinets. Fresh linens and towels will be provided.

The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The building is just two blocks from the J/M/Z subway lines and about a 15-minute walk to Herbert Von King Park.

Priority will be given to someone who can stay for the full sublet period: March 8 – March 31.

All utilities are included. I’m looking for a respectful, considerate person who will take good care of my home and plants.

A template sublet agreement will be provided and must be signed :)
