Hello! I’m looking for someone kind, respectful, and responsible to share my home in the beautiful Hollywood Hills—just a short walk from the Hollywood Bowl (but not on any main streets). I’ve lived here for six years, and the space truly feels like an oasis. It’s a peaceful, light-filled apartment with central AC/heat, in-unit washer and dryer, and a unique blend of charm and calm that gives it a bit of a European feel.

There’s a front porch with sweeping views of the city (perfect for morning coffee or sunset wine) and a quiet, tucked-away back porch that’s ideal for unwinding after a long day. The apartment is bright and tranquil throughout the day, making it a lovely place to rest, work, or simply exist.

The apartment is off one of the neighborhood’s “secret staircases,” which makes for beautiful walks and feels far from the city noise, but it’s something to be aware of in terms of accessibility.

We have shared garage space and permit street parking. Parking has never been an issue between roommates—there’s a flow that works well—but I’m always happy to communicate and adjust as needed!

I’m a social person who values connection and community, but I also really appreciate a calm, clean space to recharge in after long workdays. I enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party or mellow hang—more of a shared meal or soiree evening than a wild night these days. Friends coming over from time to time is absolutely welcome. I’m always open to sharing meals or doing things together, but it’s never expected.
