You enter into a small hallway and on the left is the kitchen, which opens into the dining area, which opens into the living room. On the right of the entrance is the bathroom and then the large bedroom, which is in the back of the apartment away from street noise. Available to do Facetime or in person tours in coming week.

$3,800/month includes rent, furnishings, utilities -- Wifi, gas, electric, water, heat -- and bi-monthly cleaning by a trustworthy and excellent professional every other Tuesday morning.

The apartment is in a great location close to Barclay’s Center, and within easy walking distance to Fort Greene, Prospect Heights, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Brooklyn Museum and multiple shops, restaurants and bars. Laundromat and dry cleaners a half block away. Several grocery stores, gyms and fitness studios within a 10-minute walk.
