The stay is $1800 if you can watch my kitty, $2100 if not.

I'm subletting my TRUE one bedroom in Bushwick with LOTS of space. You would have the place all to yourself. Priority to whomever could stay the whole time.

Offering this at a discounted rate of $1800 if someone is able to care for my cat for these days if possible. He is extremely sweet and kind!

Start date: Saturday, March 28th
End date: Thursday, April 23rd
(you can leave Friday, but I arrive back Friday evening)

The space is facing the non-street side of the building. TONS of beautiful natural light :) $1800 a month all inclusive (wifi, bills, etc).

Please note: this is a walkup.

This has a separate kitchen, separate bedroom, separate living room, and bathroom (with tub).

- Queen sized comfy Casper bed
- Big spacious bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen (all separate)
- Desk and table to work from
- Apartment has a few plants that would need watering weekly
- Lots of books to explore :)
- Beautiful light in the morning and at sunset
- Laundry/cheap wash and fold is at the end of the block (30 seconds away)
- In Bushwick off Gates Ave J / Myrtle Wyckoff L (8-10 mins walking or so from each)

Lots of good food and great music and energy!
