I'm moving to LA and looking for someone to take over the lease of my cute two-bedroom apartment in East Williamsburg, from January 1.
It's on the third floor of a five-apartment building two blocks from the Montrose L (and walkable to the Lorimer J/M and Broadway G). On the same block as neighborhood favs Win Son and duckduck.
The building was recently renovated (making the apartment easy to clean), and the apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living/dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with tub and... in-unit washer and dryer. The main bedroom is a decent size with heaps of closet space, and the second bedroom is smaller—but also with closet space. I currently have it set up as a one-bedroom and office.
It faces the back of the building, so it is super quiet. It gets lots of light thanks to windows that face a big external courtyard and two skylights. There is an attentive super and the leasing company are easy to deal with.
It's $2,700 until the end of the current lease (end of April) and the leasing company have confirmed that the new tenant can re-sign for $2,880. This will be included in the contract.
The apartment will come unfurnished but I’m looking to sell all the furniture in the photos if interested.
