Looking to rent out a two-bedroom apartment in two-family home. In our years owning the building, renters have mostly used it as a two bedroom apartment, but you could also rent it as a massive one bedroom.
The apartment has been recently renovated, with top-quality kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures.
Move-in flexible, ideally October 15th
The house is on a beautiful, tree-lined block in Williamsburg, a 3 minute walk from the L (Lorimer stop) and G trains. The duplex has an outdoor deck, which will be only for tenant use. There is a shed separating the tenant's outdoor space from the rest of the backyard.
You are welcome to use the larger backyard space for occasional gatherings! Just let us know ahead of time and we'll clear out :)
The rent is $5000.
About This Lister
We are the owners and we live in the two-family house; we are renting the downstairs apartment out. We are very laidback and are looking for responsible tenants. It's a beautiful apartment, and we are just looking for good people to fill it.
