We'll be traveling for a week in May, so our two-bedroom home is available for sublet!

Our place is located just off of Hillhurst Avenue, a couple blocks north of Sunset.

1 bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the other is used as an office, which you can use, and also has a couch that can be pulled out as a queen-sized mattress.

We have a dishwasher, central air, wifi. There is a shared washer and dryer for the building, outside in the parking area. It's app-based, so easy to set up and use. There is parking on our street.

The kitchen is fully equipped, as we love to cook.

We’re within easy walking distance to Griffith Park, Little Doms, Vandell, Wilde's, Skylight Books, the Vista Theater, Handles, Go Get Em Tiger, Homestate, Kismet, All Time, multiple grocery stores, Barnsdall Park, Silverlake Junction, the Los Feliz Flea, etc.

Walking distance to the metro and plenty of bus stops and bike shares. You can get downtown in less than 30 minutes. About 25-minute drive to Highland Park. 7 minute drive to Silverlake Reservoir.

The two-story building includes three other apartments with friendly neighbors, a couple of dogs. Our apartment is on the second floor, towards the back, with no neighbors above or below. There are stairs up to the door of the apartment, so unfortunately it is not accessible for those who can’t use stairs.

Note that we have a dog, but he will of course not be in the home while we are away!
