Move into this lovely apartment!

Located on 13th street, between 4th and 5th ave, you will have easy access to the F, G and R trains. The neighbouhood is really great. So many great restaurants and cafes plus you can walk to the Prospect Park.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms. The second bedroom is a bit smaller and could be used as an office. The two bedroom are on opposite sides of the apartment with separate kitchen and living room areas.

There is a super on premises, who is one of the world's sweetest humans and very attentive. We have a dishwasher and pets are allowed. There's a laundromat on the block, just around the corner, and a grocery store across the way. The living area is spacious and fits a little dining area.

The apartment is unfurnished as we are moving out permanently. If you want, towards the end of the sublet you can apply to take over the lease. The unit is rent-stabilized and the rent listed in this posting is discounted (actual is $3496).

Heads up, there is scaffolding outside a few of the windows so not prime sunshine.
