I am trying to sublet a lovely unfurnished two bedroom apartment in Bronx, Little Italy. Located on the fourth floor of a fully renovated pre-war apartment building, the unit has oak hardwood floors, black quartz countertops and video intercom.
Bronx Little Italy is a quaint neighborhood known for its high-quality selection of Italian food – pastries, pasta, bread, meat and cheese. The abundance of food in Bronx Little Italy makes the area a foodie mecca with tons of European-style coffee shops and cafes. The building is located steps to St. Barnabas Hospital, Fordham University and the New York Botanical Gardens. The apartment has a large eat-in kitchen, which has wood cabinets, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and laundry (not pictured). The kitchen overlooks the backyard, which has grapevines, a large peach tree and evergreens. The bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen and has a 60-inch tub.
My landlord would be willing to sign a new lease with a suitable tenant instead of a long term sublet which I would prefer. I do have about 10 months left on my lease. The unit would come fully furnished but a new tenant would pay for electric and wifi of course. Heat and hot water (gas) is included in the rent.

Transportation: MetroNorth on Fordham Road takes you to Grand Central in 11 minutes; B/D subway is a 10-minute walk and takes you to Columbus Circle in 22 minutes.
