The current renter is a listings project member who will be away for August and September for work and an artist residency, and is looking to sublet for those months.

This is an ideal spot for a creative freelancer! It's a perfect home base if you want good quality of life and easy access to nature during the most beautiful months of the year (we're a short drive from the Adirondacks and its endless free lake and hike adventures) and don't mind the tradeoffs of living farther from metro centers. I currently live in the area and take the Amtrak to NYC a couple times a quarter for work.

I'm Nora (she/her) the co-owner of the space. This is the only unit we own, and it used to be my office. I work remotely for a magazine based in NYC and run a small artist residency for folk artists in my spare time. I live nearby and will be showing and managing the space.
