Vly House is a BnB located in Stone Ridge NY in the Hudson Valley.

We are hosting a cooking stay on January 23 - 25th 2026
It is an all inclusive experience. There will be wine, cheese and lot's of fun. Hopefully 12 guests. The first class will be a class on
the art of braising meats! Breakfast 2 days and dinner included as well as wine and dessert.

Perfect getaway for a group of friends or family... Great Holiday present!

I am a trained chef and owner of Vly House. I am a passionate cook. Mother of four. I garden, grow a lot of my own food. I am from Brooklyn Ny. My background is Italian. I love to try new things and am always finding new ways to be creative in my craft!

Background and Expertise

I am the owner and chef at Vly House. I have been working in restaurants and private catering in NYC for over 30 years. I opened Vly House in 2019. We do breakfast and community
dinners on Saturday nights from June to November!
