I’m looking to rent two rooms in my 3 bed, 2 bath 1920s Spanish-style home just 1.5 blocks from Downtown Culver City. This could be a great fit for a couple looking for a bedroom + office, or two friends looking to rent as roommates. $2,500 each room.
The home is full of vintage charm, arched doorways, hardwood floors, and original details throughout. Each of the two available rooms has its own small private deck, perfect for reading, morning coffee, or catching the afternoon sun. You’ll also have access to a side yard, a shared bathroom, a full kitchen, laundry, and shared living spaces. The house is located in a charming neighborhood with free permitted street parking available and easy.

THING TO DO:
Take a drive up the coast to Malibu or travel 3 miles east to Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive. Tons of museums such as The Getty, The Getty Villa in Malibu, The Broad, LACMA, The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA… (just to name a few) are easily accessible.
Drive west to Venice and stop on Abbot Kinney Blvd. for wonderful shopping or a great meal at Gjelina.
BEACH:
Venice beach is approximately 4 - 5 miles west of Culver City. Manhattan Beach is approximately 8 miles. Santa Monica is approximately 7 miles.
HIKES:
There are far too many wonderful hikes to list here. The closest one to our house is the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook Trailhead and the Culver City Stairs. There you can walk up the steps to the top (steep, fairly strenuous for the average person) or walk up the hiking trails with zig zag to the top. It’s a beautiful hike and you’ll have a stunning view of downtown and the ocean on a clear day.
Hi! I’m an artist and filmmaker born and raised in LA. I split my time between creative projects, exhibitions, and freelance directing/editing work.
Home is really important to me, I see it as a sanctuary and creative space, and I take care to keep it peaceful, clean, and full of good energy. I’m warm, thoughtful, and easygoing, and while I value quiet and solitude, I also enjoy sharing space with kind, communicative people who are respectful and grounded.
If you're looking for a calm, character-filled home in a creative, walkable neighborhood, this might be a great fit!
