Apartment is a 2nd floor walkup, each room has its individual a/c, dishwasher.

Room 1: 13 x 8 ft + 2 x 4 ft closet
Room 2: 7 x 14 ft + 2 x 4 ft closet
Both comfortably fit full-size beds and get great natural light, windows face trees, and a quiet backyard.

The apartment has a shared kitchen and living room. The building has only three units, so it’s peaceful and quiet. You’d be living with me. I’m in my mid-twenties, a painter, and very clean, respectful, and easy to live with. You’d share a full bathroom with one other person.

I have one very sweet cat, so cat-friendly folks only—no additional pets, sorry.
