Two rooms available for live/work use, previously set up as music studios and production training spaces. The units share a restroom (no shower) and a small lobby/kitchenette area.
The neighboring tenant is a music production teacher who occasionally runs private lessons and small classes in a separate room, so you’ll have the space to yourself most of the time.
The rooms feature HVAC with supplemental space heaters during winter. WiFi is included in the rent; you cover electricity, which averages around $250/month in winter. Our usage is minimal.
