My house is a quaint and cozy 1920s home on the Hudson River. It takes 25 minutes to get into what is now a major spoke of the New York Art world, Hudson. It takes 20 minutes to get to Albany where there’s an art theater, an organic food co-op and small city resources.
Schodack Island State Park is 3 miles away with kayak docks and nature trails. There are many nature preserves all along my road which is County Route 9J or the River Road.
Come and stay for a day or book continuous days or weekends. I’m flexible, depending on your needs and our compatibility.
One must have or rent a car unless you really can bike long distances (15 miles to grocery or farm stand).
I’m going provide an ample breakfast:

The house has a very artistic and vintage style. It is in a beautiful location.
It is a good place to get a lot of writing done, sketching plein air or wandering nature trails.
I’m a mature artist. The house is mine alone and I own it. It’s a really great location. I’m very serious and preoccupied. I’ve hosted young artists before. We ended up co- creators. We even created an art show together in Manhattan this spring. I’m open to several possibilities but only one occupant at a time.
