Located on 2nd Ave near Ruppert Park.
The nearest subway stations are the 93rd entrance to the Q or the 86th St Q. 4/5/6 trains are also nearby.
The 91st street ferry will be your ticket to Rockaway this summer!

There are many grocery stores nearby as well as some amazing NY establishments like Schaller & Weber and Milano Market! Soft-serve at Butterfield is our favorite treat after a walk in Central Park.

The apartment was recently renovated and there are beautiful characteristic features throughout. Some of our favorites are the white subway tiles in the kitchen and bathroom as well as the pattern, metal steam vent in the bathroom. I also love the shower window. The high ceilings and large windows provide nice light throughout the day. Additionally, the water pressure is very good and the hot water is fast and consistent.

Fios internet is installed. There is a 64" television with Apple TV.
We recently installed a new Midea AC unit (12,000 BTU) that will keep the place cool throughout the summer.
There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, however, there is not laundry in the unit or building. Laundromats are nearby.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a walk-up building.
The building does not allow pets.
Parties are not allowed.
