Junior one bedroom, second-floor walk up in a friendly pre-war co-op on the cusp of Crown and Prospect Heights, on Lincoln Place just off Washington Ave. Lots of light in the living room and kitchen, hardwood floors, high ceilings. The bedroom fits a queen-sized bed and has two closets; the living room has built-in bookshelves and original crown moulding. The kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of cabinet space. The apartment is unfurnished, but a kitchen island and shelving can be included.

Laundry in the basement (they're nice LG machines, not coin-operated), as well as bike storage.

You're steps away from the 2/3/4/5/S trains, Lincoln Station (great breakfast sandwiches), and the Brooklyn Museum. Several more steps get you to all the greatest hits of Washington, Vanderbilt, and Franklin Avenues. Grand Army Plaza (and its Saturday farmers market), Botanic Garden, Public Library, and Prospect Park are all within a ten-minute walk.

About This Lister

Hello! I'm Madeline and I own the apartment. I lived there very happily for four years before moving into my now-husband's place. I still live close by and can be on hand if any issues arise with the apartment.
