I am subletting my bright, sizable (8'7" x 17') room in Windsor Terrace from June 1, with the option of getting on the lease when the current contract is up in September. The room itself is lovely, featuring oversized windows, fire escape access, and a closet.

The apartment is snugly located between the park and the cemetery, within shouting distance of the Fort Hamilton F/G stop, and provides easy access to all my favorite haunts during my tenure here — The Adirondack, Terrace Books, Terrace Coffee Shop, The Adirondack. On the flip side, it's 20 minutes to Manhattan. It's on the second floor, has a recently updated kitchen with a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

My roommates (and I) are looking for a conscientious, friendly person to welcome into our home here. While everyone is busy, we enjoy hosting dinner parties, sharing baked goods, and making and drinking coffee. If you like Minnesota sports then you are a shoo-in.

Practicalities: Rent is $1420/mo; utilities run between $50-80/mo, depending on season (e.g., I paid $57 in April).

I am a doctoral student in anthropology who will be moving in with my partner. You will be living with my two lovely roommates, a playwright (he/him) and a jazz musician (she/her). Both lead busy lives and are often out of the house, so they are looking for someone similarly independent, but who would enjoy an occasional glass of wine at home when the stars align.
