The room is 2000 a month, fully unfurnished, while the rest of the apartment is furnished. Very central to all things Williamsburg, right next to the Brooklyn Comedy Collective and Win Son. Steps from the Montrose L stop. Looking for a clean, kind, and chill person to join me in this very sweet apartment. I have been here for a month settling in and I am looking for someone to join 3/1 ideally, but I'm flexible.
About This Lister
I am a comedian and performer who has lived in the area for five years. I am open to a roommate who wants to socialize and be friends as well as someone who keeps to themselves. If 15 months seems too daunting of a commitment up top, I understand, and am very open to conversation about a different length of time.
