LOCATION: An unfurnished room is open in my recently-renovated 2-bed apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. 5 minute walk to the Prospect Park B/Q/S, 10 minute walk to the Sterling 2/5. Two blocks from Prospect Park! Truly an incredible location.

APARTMENT: The apartment has a great kitchen with lots of cabinets, a large living room, and two massive bedrooms. The unit is on the first floor but gets surprisingly good sunlight. Recently renovated and rent-stabilized. Laundry in-building and a live-in super. I have no idea how I got so lucky to find this place. I have been in the apartment for a year-and-a-half on a two-year lease.

THE ROOM & LEASE: There is 1 room available for $1,500/month, can fit a queen (or even a king!) bed, a desk, dresser, has a large closet, and two windows. Utilities are split and should be around $100/month. Move in is asap. Looking for someone to sign a 6-month sublease with the option to take over the unit at renewal.

THE VIBE: I am looking for someone who is committed to cleanliness and tidiness in common spaces, communicates kindly, directly, and openly, and is looking for a calm, kind, and connected living environment. Respectfulness of our shared space is so important to me, which means open communication about needs and maintaining a high-level of cleanliness and tidiness in common areas.
It's important to me to create a cozy space to catch up at the end of the day, have friends over for dinner, and host occasional dinner parties, craft nights, etc. I’m not interested in throwing frequent ragers, but love my home to be an warm, relaxed social space.

FURNITURE: The common space is completely furnished. Happy to accommodate any pieces you love. The bedroom is unfurnished.
