Looking for an unfurnished/mostly unfurnished rental or sparsely furnished sublet, cat friendly, within walking distance of Morningside Heights/Columbia for 1-2 year, possibly longer.

South Harlem, Manhattan Valley, Bloomingdale, Central Park West Historic District or a few subway stops South (below 125th) also good. Size less important than location, however nothing smaller than a reasonably sized one bedroom with decent light.

Hoping to move between June 15 - August 31st. An early September occupancy could also work. Ideal rent range is between $3,200-$3,600.
