Culture: Home to the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance, the Big Eddy Film Festival, and the Deep Water Literary Festival.

Proximity: Just 20 minutes to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (the historic 1969 Woodstock site) for world-class summer concerts and winter festivals. Easy excursions and day trips to Callicoon, Barryville, Livingston Manor, Roscoe, Andes,

Outside there is an amazing yard with flowering and fruiting trees, comfortable most-weather lanai and cozy fire pit. And the house’s siting is optimal so close to the peaceful river and still walkable to Main Street and its cultural offerings. There’s no place like it. 274 was a true sanctuary for us and we are sorry to have to leave it.  ❤️
