Situated on the top two floors of a historic brownstone, our apartment offers abundant space, privacy, light, and outdoor space. This space is ideal for families, artists, or working professionals.

The lower floor includes the living room, dining room, large bedroom, and bathroom.

Top floor includes primary bed, bathroom, and outdoor roof garden with outdoor kitchen and living room.

Amenities include a washer & dryer, indoor & outdoor living rooms with projector tv's, outdoor kitchen (fridge, bbq and smoker), and much more.

Please not that our building does not have an elevator and the apartment is up four flights of stairs.
