I'm looking for a 3-month subletter from June 1 to August 31. This is a bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment (2.5 baths) on 92 and Columbus, just around the block from Trader Joe's, in walking distance to both 92 street stops (1-2-3 and A-C) and a quick stroll from Central Park. The room is large, has a walk-in-closet and a queen size bed on the mezzanine level.
The apartment itself comes with a large spacious living room area, a balcony, and air conditioning. A laundromat is around the block as well, as is a host of restaurants, bars, pharmacies and other amenities. The other tenants are graduate students (26-31).

About This Lister
You will be living with 3 graduate students (Princeton, NYU, Columbia) who are open and communicative and always happy to hang out on the balcony, especially during the summer. Occasional guests are welcome as well.

Rental requirements
The rent is currently at $1400. A half-month deposit will be given back to you by the end of your stay, subtracting utilities ($25 for internet and ~$35 for electricity every month, $50 for a monthly cleaner).
