My place sits right on the Venice Beach boardwalk, in front of Venice Pier. Within a 10 second walk, you'll have your toes in the sand-head left for the tranquility of Marina Del Rey, or right for Venice's iconic energy. Muscle Beach, Venice Skate Park, & top night life spots (Belles/Grande Blanco/ Townhouse/Market, etc.)—all just .8 miles away). Also, Venice Canals are only a 3 min walk away.

Nearby restaurants include nearly every cuisine— sushi, Hawaiian, Indian, Thai, Mexican, American & a great local coffee spot: Cow's End (there's also a Starbucks 500 feet away). The night life is also great nearby-but more of a beach bar scene.

I'd call my place a cozy beach bungalow with the perfect mix of relaxed and lively beach vibes. It's gated with two locks and on the 2nd floor (stairs only). The kitchen and bathroom are small (no oven/stove), but I have a portable dishwasher, skillet, & a traeger grill on the 315 sq. ft. patio-which is designed well with turf, a fire pit, daybeds, corner couch, dinner table & string lights.

Have a dedicated workspace with a standing desk and large monitor. Have multiple plants-so if staying longer than 2 weeks, would appreciate a little help watering them! Feel free to use my acoustic guitar & keyboard 🎹
