Great three-bedroom house right next to Venice Beach. I have two roommates who are males, late 20s, who are busy with their jobs in film and sustainability.

We live in a clean space with a front yard, a personal gym in the backyard, and a sauna + cold plunge.

The bedroom for sublet is the largest bedroom with a private bathroom. The room is in the back of the house and feels almost like a studio apartment. The room has its own "cubicle" and is ideal for work from home.

Parking is the only hassle living here, but there is always an option within 2 blocks of the home. You get used to it, and the location makes it worth it!

My roommates are both avid surfers and very active. The house is social, but not a party house by any means. The space is always clean and is one of the best houses I've ever lived in. The location is too good.
