Sublet our beautiful Venice apartment for the opening weekend of the Venice Biennale. TWO BEDROOMS, TWO BATH plus a separate bed in the private living room. Our apartment can accomodate up to 6 people.

FRIDAY MAY 8 to SUNDAY MAY 10

We're located in Venice proper, off of Campo San Tomá on the border between the San Polo and Dorsoduro districts. Super central, 10 minute walk to the train station and Piazzale Roma (20 min bus to airport). The vaporetto from San Tomá takes you to the Biennale in about 25 minutes.

The apartment faces a canal on TWO sides, it's a great layout with bedrooms on either end, one of which has a bathroom ensuite, and the other has an adjoining office. The living room is large, with a sleeper sofa and doors that close so it can easily become a third bedroom for short stays. There's antique furniture in good condition. A large kitchen with a table that seats 4, an adjoining dining room that seats 6 and an additional dining area on the terrace. We're on the third and top floor (two flights of stairs, no elevator), there is no one above us and two rooms have high ceilings and exposed beams.

(based on 4 occupants, but flexible if less)
(weekly rate includes utilities, monthly does not)

Large Living Room with full size sofa bed
Studio/Office
Eat-in Kitchen
Dining Room
Private Terrace
2 bathrooms (with showers) and one half bath.

Washer/dryer, dishwasher. Terrazzo floors, marble countertops. Antique furniture, new mattresses and new bathrooms.

About This Lister

We are New Yorkers with a 9-year old, and have been spending time in Venice every year for about 10 years. Catherine lived here as a kid, and Sam just really loves the place. We moved to Venice full time in August 2024, going back to NYC for work and for the summer. We've been Listings Project users for almost 15 years and have always found great people!
