Freestanding wooden bungalow in Venice. The house is open plan, with a big kitchen, shared laundry, small private back porch and garden area, skylights, queen size bed, small bathroom with a large and powerful shower. It gets ocean breezes and sunlight throughout the day. You can walk to the beach, and all of the many restaurants and shops nearby.
The house is a little piece of Venice history, handmade 100+ years ago by the workers who settled here during the building of Abbot Kinney's amusement park and canals. The house has been fully renovated to preserve the unique details of it's construction while making it comfortable for contemporary living.

About This Lister

The house sits in the garden behind my slightly larger bungalow, with a shared patio between the two. I am usually at work during the day, and like to give the back house it's privacy.
