Stay at my cozy studio apartment where you're just TWO short blocks from the famous Venice Boardwalk, the skate bowl, and the Venice surf break.

Venice is a relaxed community of artists, mystics, and muscle men, where you can leave the car behind and stroll to get your hot, crusty homemade olive loafs from Gjusta, breakfast burritos smashed with hash browns from Great White, and excellent cuppa joe from Menotti's. You're also two blocks away from shopping thoroughfare, Abbott Kinney, where some of Venice's best eats reside.

My apartment is on the second floor and drenched in light due to wrap-around windows. The front view overlooks the leafy front yard where many have commented my place feels like a tucked away treehouse in Costa Rica.

It's a nice space that has a fully working kitchen with appliances and utensils for those who like to cook, a bathroom with a tub, a brand new Queen mattress with cotton bedding, and a little seating area facing a 28" mounted TV. There's also a little work area if you want to sit down with the computer.

You can have your coffee in the front yard. You may use my 9 foot Odysea surfboard.
