Hello! I am renting out my house for the summer and potentially through the end of the year. This original early 1900s bungalow is a charming stand alone house in the heart of Venice, walkable to cafes, shops and restaurants. You will have the furnished primary bedroom, with your own attached private bathroom with a shower and a tub. You will also have your own office furnished with a desk, chair, and monitors if you need them. I plan to be in Chicago for most of this time but will periodically come back to LA for work and will need to share the space with you during that time. I sleep upstairs in the loft when I am in town and I have my own bathroom which is free for you to use when I am gone.

There is a back deck where my outdoor cats live and if you are open to feeding them while I am gone, I will reduce the rent to $2500/month. There is no AC but I have a small fan that you can use and I leave the two skylights open all summer. This house is very old and has its quirks, but t's in one of the best neighborhoods in Venice and located on one of the coveted walk streets between Lincoln Blvd, and Abbot Kinney.

Will consider pets, a chill dog would need to be able to share the back deck with two sleepy cats.

Open to short term renters.

Amenities: Wifi, Apple TV. Your own separate office and workspace with a desk & chair. Washer & dryer outside, your own parking spot in the back alley. Includes utilities. I have a couple of bikes that you are free to use as well.

This is a great opportunity for a solo person visiting LA and wanting to enjoy Venice/LA life :)
