I have lived in the space for almost 9 years and have maintained a feeling of a home. Keeping things clean and maintained in shared spaces is important but not a neat freak.

I work in film and television so I’m out of the house quite often. Also away many weekends.

One of the tenants works a 9 to 5 at Calvin Klein and works from home Monday and Friday. And the other works in a audio engineer that works out of the home five days a week. Keep to them selves and quite. Those two tenants live on the first floor. the space available is on the second floor with myself.
