This 2x bedroom (1 is converted to a workspace) house is located on one of the most noteworthy streets in LA, is 3 stories with a private roof deck that offers tree-covered views of the canyon, as well as a fire pit for chilly nights. Studio City is a short drive over the hill and typically less chaotic than West Hollywood. Studio City offers Whole Foods, Erewhon, and luxury shopping.
The house has many stairs - 4 sets: entry to the house, Floor 1 to Floor 2, Floor 2 to Floor 3 (where bedrooms are located), and one set that spans the height of the house to access the roof deck. Guests have access to entire home, and can access the serene roof deck via a long staircase to the roof.
Exterior stairs are well-lit.

This space is private, peaceful, very quiet with a very laid-back and chilled vibe.
