It comes furnished with queen bed, good linens, lounge chair, desk, small dresser, clothes rack, ceiling fan, dimmable lighting—and piano. Two windows look out onto leafy trees. Lots of light. Birds sing outside your window in the morning.✨ It's my favorite room in the house.

The shared apartment is spacious, clean, and good energy. Hardwood floors, kitchen with a breakfast nook, large living room with TV (all streaming services), cozy couch. Big standing shower with excellent water pressure. Windows, ceiling fans, and ACs throughout. Art, books, records...

The apartment is on the second floor of a small building on a quiet residential Williamsburg block close to everything:
- short walk to restaurants, parks, shopping, the waterfront, Greenpoint.
- Subway 5 min away (L + G trains) — be in Manhattan in 20.
- Ubers arrive in under 4 min.
- Rent a Citibike 1 min from our doorstep.
- Order food/grocery delivery until midnight any day.
- Wash and fold laundry 2 blocks away.

We are blessed. It's a really good apartment in a great location.

About This Lister

You’d be sharing the home with me—Lauren, a 41-year-old entrepreneur—and my 3-year-old daughter, Sophia (see pics). We’re both warm, open, and easygoing.

Our rooms are at the opposite end of the apartment. We’re generally out during the day and home in the evenings. Happy to connect or keep things chill and low-key—whatever suits ya best. Looking for someone thoughtful, clean, and peaceful.

*Note on the piano- you are welcome to play it and I'd like to be able to practice when you're not around. If that doesn't work for you, we can move it to the living room so everyone can use. ✨
