Before Covid, I lived in NYC (East Village & Williamsburg) for 18 years. I'm originally from Chicago (where I moved during Covid to care for family).

Now, I'm planning my return to BK in early January, with my 50 lb, 12-year old Staffordshire Terrier (dog). See pic in listing. (He's absolutely gorgeous!)

Hoping to find a (furnished) sublet to start, just to see how my molecules feel being back in BK.

Happy to water your plants, get your mail and generally take care of your home/stuff. I have sublet my apartment before, so I get it: clean, quiet, responsible is what you want—that's me.

I will be looking for a long-term, unfurnished rental in March, if all feels good. Or if you have something available in my price range now, let's talk.
