Fantasy: shared loft with Makers, Artists, A group I could add to etc. But need to be open minded. Stability beyond temporary desired. I am in a good place now with a great roommate but it is a sublet likely over by june 1 of 2026, I can move immediately if a good opportunity comes up. Alas, in NYC unless one is real lucky, one can't ever stop looking ...

Myself long time denizen of NYC after COVID had to move to a temporary room ( 57th and 10th ave, now at 29th and 10th ave ), Prior roommates and other friends and clients good references. My current 8' x 13' room is in a 2br 4th floor unit in an old 19th century walkup building with 1 roommate.

Myself, gay (LeGABITQue+ :) ) man who works developing graphics software at home ( longer history of lighting/industrial design, event production etc ) , I have reasonable money in the bank, sustainable but limited income, trying to keep my housing expense <= $2000 ( I am lucky as now it is less expensive ) but might be seduced with the right group ...

I am quite light weight at the moment as I put my furniture and larger art in storage at my sister's house in DC after Covid. I have lived in the West Village, Soho, Chelsea, Hells Kitchen, Dumbo, and East Village, and over the years and have loved them all, for the community and street life.

Much of my history is living with others and prefer it.

I had a live/work loft in Chelsea with 3 other roommates back in the 80s, and later in the 90s in San Francisco, and we all attended burning man then a few times, later shared a loft in Dumbo in the early 2000s :)
