The kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking — professional-equipment, sturdy appliances, good prep space, and the tools you'd expect in a well-stocked home kitchen. A large deck off the main living area faces the water and is furnished for outdoor dining and sitting (pizza oven included!).

You're welcome to walk in the woods on this 30 acre property, stroll through the orchard, or take a short drive to the several preserves and trails nearby. This is where Andrew Wyeth made his many famous paintings, and you can visit the site of Christina's World just a few minutes down the road.

Cushing is known for its quiet, tucked away naturally beauty in the heart of Midcoast. It's a truly serene retreat.

Rockland is about 20 minutes away, with restaurants, galleries, and bars. A car is necessary.
