We are traveling for a week, so we are offering our studio for sublet. The studio has clearly defined areas for sleeping (queen-size bed and an extra bed for a child), lounging, working, and dining. It is ideal for a single person or a couple with a child who enjoy spending time together.

Everything in the building is in perfect condition. The apartment has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and is clean. It also has high-speed internet, cable TV, Chromecast with many streaming services available, and a Sonos sound system.

The building offers full amenities, including a spacious gym, a terrace with stunning Manhattan views, an indoor court, and beautifully designed co-working spaces. There is also a great supermarket on the ground floor.

The G train Greenpoint stop is a 7-8 minute walk away, with stylish restaurants, popular bars, modern cafés, and beautiful waterfront parks nearby. The ferry to Midtown (6 mins) or other Brooklyn stops is just a 2-minute walk. There is also a Citi Bike station at the entrance.
