one of our artists is leaving end of October, so her 200 sq foot space is available. we also have a shared 300 sq foot space (your part would be 150 sq fee)t available now. we are open to someone taking the full 200 sq feet, or you can take half and share.

we have a full floor in tribeca with a weekday freight elevator, bathroom, slop sink and loads more. I am a fashion designer and use about 1/2 of the 3500 square foot space. the rest is divided into four art studios. we have a great group of talented people, 3 painters and a sculptor and welcome artists using a variety of media. sorry, no open flames or heavy duty carpentry.

the space is very calm and mostly quiet--my sewers (two of them) work m-f and the rest of the artists float in and out--often I am the only one in the space. the rest of the building is sewing factory, so there is a tiny bit of sewing machine noise, but it is hardly noticeable.

we do screen printing, and that equipment is available for rental if needed. same with our slew of industrial sewing machines. we have a clicker as well, f

space is available 24/7 but the elevator only works weekdays during business hours.

space is available to show any time. minimum of six months--deposit and first month required at move in.

200 square foot space is 1200, with a discount if rent is paid in cash. half spaces are 600.
