Web Designer Needed

I am looking for a web designer to finalize development of my designs. It is a simple portfolio website with an "old internet" aesthetic. I use Figma.
I am also open to continued work having the designs implemented in Framer or Webflow – whatever CMS might best work for the project. Need to know advanced functionality and some coding.
About Us
I am an artist. I work as an EMT and previously as a wildland firefighter. I am from NYC and currently based on the Central Coast of California.
