1BDR 1BA Vintage Bungalow in the heart of West Hollywood/Beverly Hills line in the Robertson/Beverly Design District. Apartment is very clean, spacious, with tons of beautiful natural light. There is a spacious front yard with windows that open up to a lemon tree. It's a gorgeous spot! There is a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, heat/AC and parking spot can be made available in the back, if needed.
All utilities included. No manager on site. 3 other neighbors in site in the same building, but very quiet and tons of privacy.
Neighborhood is super clean and walkable to many cafes, restaurants, parks, local attractions, amenities, and workout studios (Silver Springs yoga/pilates, Cecconi's, Gracias Madre, Alfred Coffee, The Henry, The Butcher's Daughter, Zinque). Also 20 mins to the beach/coast.
Looking to rent the space to someone respectful, not looking to party, who can be relatively quiet and thoughtful. Most of the furnishings are vintage, but since I only moved in not that long ago, there isn't a ton of artwork yet on the walls!
My name is Karly and I've lived in LA for 20 years! Originally from Boston. I am a tenant in this space and will be the point of contact. This is a very special space with a lot of great energy. I am a licensed therapist in private practice. I enjoy writing creative non-fiction, poetry, traveling to interesting destinations, hiking, yoga, love to read, look for cool antiques, spend time with friends, trying new food all over the world. I am definitely a lover of the arts, animals, and curious about other humans.
I use the pronouns she/her.
This is my first time subletting, so I'd love to find the right fit. I'm still determining reasonable requirements. Let's start first with a phone call and go from there.
Will likely include a cleaning fee, but otherwise, pricing is as listed.
