Hi! I am a 33-year-old white woman seeking a room to sleep in weeknights while working at Industry City. I live on Long Island and need a solution for my 4-hour daily commute to my new job.

I’m a nonsmoker, no pets, looking to primarily unwind and sleep from about 8pm to 7am the next day. While I may stay occasional weekend nights, I’m happy to communicate that.

Proximity to Sunset Park or the D/N/R trains are my only musts. A private bathroom would be ideal, but not required. I expect to keep minimal clothing and toiletries in the room, but not move much in. Definitely bringing a couple houseplants, though!

I’m hoping to spend $1,000 per month inclusive of utilities. I’m also very open to short-term rentals.
