- Includes 1 tandem parking with EV charger, plenty of street parking on a beautiful quiet street. Common area is furnished and the living room has an open balcony. Laundry in unit. Separate HVAC in every room. Lease includes all utilities and WiFi.

- Each private bedroom has a closet and private bath. You will share the common area with 1 roommate (me). Townhome has 3bed 3baths, and I’m open to which room you take (including the primary bedroom).

- Open to creative arrangements such as: content creator space, creative residency etc.

- Some photos are the original unfurnished before I moved in. Townhome is a complete new build w/ new appliances. Home is furnished except your room(s). I currently use the 3rd bedroom as my home office/guest room, but open to discussing this as a shared 3rd room. The entire unit gets amazing sunlight throughout the day and sits between Runyon Canyon and prime Santa Monica Blvd.

- Rent would be $2200 for one bedroom (private bath) or $2600 for the primary bedroom (private bath). Open to negotiation depending on how you use the space. Option to take over lease after August.
