I am a longtime resident of Washington Heights, and the mother of a 15 year-old girl. I teach group exercise classes online and in person.

I am neat, and tidy. My daughter occasionally leaves art supplies around, so there may be sequins on the floor or paint brushes in the sink.

Hardly anyone is home during the day. It is more quiet than you might expect. It is a long L-shaped apartment so I often don't even know who is home on the other side!

We are sometimes silly and like to laugh a lot.
