I’m leaving my lovely and convenient one bedroom in lower Manhattan for two months , and I’m looking for a sublettor.

My apartment is a true one bedroom, with a spacious living room and kitchen with all the necessary kitchen implements and amenities. I’ve also got plenty of books, any of which you’re welcome to read!

The bedroom is spacious and gets good light, and comes with a large closet and chest of drawers.

The bathroom has a shower and bathtub.

There are two A/C units in the apartment and there’s a good amount of storage space throughout.

It’s on the sixth floor of a large building in right by “Dimes Square,” so it’s never terribly noisy. The location is ideal, right next to plenty of wonderful baths and restaurants, grocery stores, laundromats and convenience stores, along with nearby subway stations. There’s an elevator in the building.

I work in publishing and translation, and can work remotely so I tend to leave the city in the summers. I’ve sublet my place before with great success, and I’m hoping to do so again! I’m a passionate music fan (you’ll see my record collection), and I love to read and to cook, which explains my extremely well stocked kitchen. I’m respectful and keep my space tidy, so I hope you’d do the same! The landlord and super aren’t overbearing, but they’re always willing to fix things in a timely manner when necessary, and I maintain communication with them.
