Single room available in a West Harlem 2BR/1 Bath apt. Top floor of 6 floor building (with elevator!), full of wonderful neighbors. Room and apartment have Plenty of Sunlight, and just steps away from the 125th St. 1 Train stop. Room contains one decent closet, and access to other closet spaces in apartment (shared with other occupant). Shared Living space is open, and respectfully request not too much additional material added. Laundry wash/fold is right downstairs and coin laundromat is an avenue away. Grocery store across the street, and plenty of great eateries and such in the vicinity. Electric/Utilities + Net generally run about $65 per month.

The other occupant is a full time musician (primarily a violinist), male in mid-thirties, who is very clean and laid back. A Non-Smoker, and on the road a good amount, he adheres to city-wide sound regulations and only practices between 10 AM and 10 PM.

Male, mid-thirties Musician (Primarily a violinist). I am extremely laid back, but very clean (and love having a tidy common/shared space). Social and Respectful of space, boundaries, religious choices, all sexualities, genders, etc..and of all peoples. I tend to be out of the apartment a lot (for tours and performances/teaching), and will never practice outside of the hours of 10 AM - 10 PM.

I am Non-smoker/drug user and while respectful of lifestyle choices, kindly request that smoking of any kind and drug use be done outside of the apartment.
